The Fostex PX-5HS is a 2-way Active Hi-Fi Speaker System consisting of 5.2-inch aramid fiber woofer and 1-inch soft dome tweeter with high performance 35W/18W digital amplifier. It inherits the concept of the highly regarded Fostex PX-5 reference monitor, but the PX-6 has been carefully tuned to hi-fi audio listening with the aim of delivering a natural and clear sound in your listening room. An unbalanced 1/4 -inch and XLR combo jack and an RCA jack on each speaker provide a variety of input options. Additional features include a rotary dial for volume and tone controls with LED indication, auto standby/auto operation function for operating efficiency, fade in function, and elegant wood-grain enclosure with stainless rear panel. Founded in 1973, Fostex is an acclaimed manufacturer of location sound, multi-track recording, and speaker products.
